中国地震台网正式测定：03月26日00时21分在青海海西州德令哈市（北纬38.50度，东经97.33度）发生6.0级地震，震源深度10千米。
震中距德令哈市区126公里，距嘉峪关市164公里，距西宁市445公里。
震中位于高原，海拔4410米，附近人口极其稀少，德令哈、酒泉、嘉峪关、张掖等地有震感。
